Location is great. Close to all parks.
Receptionists are not very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is too dark. You can get depression sitting over there. In the hotel is indoor pool. The smell of chlorine is horrible. Some of the rooms have windows on the restaurant side, what means no sunlight at all.

Great location and fun for the kids
Rooms were not very clean, I had cockroaches in the room. The buffet there was poor ( not enough food variety) The rate including the taxes was too high for what we got.
-
Great location to theme parks
The hallway smelled like baby puke or stale milk

Our bed didn't have any sheets on it, and we tried getting someone to come fix it for over 30 minutes with out any success. We ended up sleeping on top of the blanket. Also, the noise level of the kids is out of control. They do not have any curfew so there were kids running around at 3:00 am without any hotel control, even after multiple guest complaints. The front desk staff was extremely rude, and were more interested in talking about the drama in their personal lives than attending to the guests needs. The price seemed fair, however I recommend spending the extra $$$ to stay somewhere a lot nicer!!!

I was charged a 3.77 as a long distance phone call on my checkout bill and I never used the phone except for one time by dialing 5000 which is the front desk when I was complaining about the wireless connection that only worked the first day of our stay and the call was answered by an unprofessional person who sound like they just woke up from a nap and was talking like if it was a chitchat phone call. I talked to the front desk about the 3.77 and they kept me waiting for a long time from talking to the manager and calling the engineer then they deducted it but when I checked my account I found that they charged me a 3.77 separately!!

Long wait at front desk/ unpleasent front desk personnel/ coffee makers in both rooms not working/ ac in one room not working/ alarm clocks not working/ phone and internet in 1 room not working/ access cards deactivated too early/ big bldg with only 2 elevators on 1 side only/

The location of the hotel was great.
The actual rooms seemed run down. I also didn't like the fact that when booking online it said that the total for the room was 35 dollars, however upon checkout I was charged an extra 15 dollars. I would have rather known that the hotel was 50 dollars to begin with. I did check the fine print on my ticket confirmation afterwords and it did say that taxes were excluded in the prize. I have booked online several times and the price has always included taxes. Long story short, I wish the confirmed booking price included all fees to begin with.

The indoor heated pool was great in the evening. The shuttle service to Disney World was wonderful.
The indoor heated pool was not open in the morning at 9 am for our use.

The hotel was different from the description and photos. The pool and the hotel seem to be very big while in fact it is small. Half of the rooms have windows on the inner pool side and you are not able to open windows to change air due to the smell of the pool. People at the hotel are very far to be helpful: first of all the blame me for be part of Windam preferred customer as I try to use the priority check-in possibility of my card and it was always time-consuming to have them call a cab. There is only one shuttles to go to the parks and to came back and time scheduled changes frequently (and you had to ask for them as it is not clearly shown). Moreover, buses arrive late to the parks after the opening.

Only good thing is that it is close to the theme parks.
The experience was horrible, I wouldnt stay @ that place ever again. Front desk staffs care less about our complains and concern. Room smell awful, carpet needs cleaning, Ac was gashing and not working properly, hallway smell really bad, hated everything about my stay there.

First of all I really don't like how "Booked.net" don't have any military discount on their company, that was they told me in the phone. And I really don't like the stay in this hotel.............reason are that 1.my son bed it was hard as a rock 2.no continental breakfast 3.INTERIOR POOL closed at 11pm 4.electrical connection (Extention cord) are dangerous, someone can get electrocuted 5.small room, to be call "FAMILY SUITE" 6.Front desk don't have the abiblity to pick up the phone for a wake up call. 7.room was dirty 8.remote control for t.v. needs batteries 9.connection for is over LOAD of things (refrigidare, both tvs, cable tv, etc.....) 10. room smell/hallways too, and there are more stuff... Im a military and I work for a hotel on base and this kind of thing is not acceptable....sorry, but I don't recommend this "Maingate Hotel" to anyone.

The hotel accomodations were not great. The a/c worked well. Our room was on the 4th floor & both elevators were not wrkg. There were no luggage carts anywhere to be found upon our check in nor check out. Likewise no employees cared to offer any assistance finding any. The spa was water was too low & the buffet was gross. The coke machine didn't work & the front desk was rarely answered when called. It was nice having the little mini mart downstairs, however, it would have been convenient if there would have been some type of courtesy breakfast offered. I was extremely dissatisfied with the entire hotel experience & will never stay there again.
The hotel needed elevators & cleaning & refurbishing. Bathtub was dirty.

It was so cheap. When I got to the king suite, I couldnt believe how nice it looked. All 3 kids had there own bed to sleep in. The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable. I would most definitely come back.
